About Clodou
Clodou is the back office of a small team, run from a chat. You say what happened; the assistant drafts the quote, the invoice, the expense or the task, and asks before anything reaches a client.
Who builds it
Clodou is made by Hunter BI LLC, an AI consulting and engineering firm. It is built and run by Hamza, its founder. The same team operates the server it runs on and answers the support address below.
Why
Independent consultants, freelance developers and small studios spend their evenings on the same chores: a quote to send, an invoice to write, a reminder to chase, a receipt to file. The tools for that were built for accountants or for sales teams, not for a two-person studio, and none of them lets you just say what you did.
Clodou is one workspace for the whole back office (clients, quotes and invoices, payments, expenses, projects, time, a sales pipeline) that you run by describing what happened, in the chat or from the AI assistant you already work in, through the MCP server. The assistant drafts and files; before an email reaches a client or a payment is recorded, a person approves; and what it did at once can be undone for ten minutes. Every action is in the Activity log.
What Clodou is not
- Not accounting software. There is no double-entry ledger, no tax filing and no payroll. Clodou keeps your quotes, invoices, payments and expenses in order and exports them as CSV for your accountant.
- Not a bank or a payment processor. Clodou does not move money, hold funds or connect to your bank. Your subscription is paid through Stripe; a payment link printed on your invoices is your own.
- Not an adviser. The assistant works on your records; it gives no legal, tax or financial advice.
